This course introduces basic power converter circuits, feedback control for regulators, and magnetic components used in power circuits |

Converter control: review of linear control theory, Bode plot, frequency analysis (hw3)
Voltage-mode control small-signal models (hw4)
Loop gain, stability, compensation, design examples (hw5)
PWM switch model
Midterm
Magnetics: basic magnetic laws (hw6)
Isolated converters: Flyback, Forward, Push-pull, Bridge (hw7)
Magnetic laws applications on switching converters: Maximum Flux Density, Magnetizing Current (hw8)
